A collection of short stories, exactly as the title indicates: a baker's
dozen of stories featuring couples meeting in various circumstances.
Unfortunately, though I enjoyed many of these stories, I didn't love any
of them. In a few cases, the stories felt incomplete, like reading just
the beginning of a story, and I would have liked to hear more about
them. In other cases, there was not enough room for character
development, and the stories themselves evaporated from my memory before
I even finished reading the book. Recommended only if you absolutely
love short-form romance.
